Blondie乐队于1974年8月成立于美国纽约，New York Punk Rock的代表，以复古、仿效60年代女子乐团为出发点，引爆了美国新浪潮朋克最灿烂的一页，而这一切归功于有着一头金发的女主唱Deborah Harry的成功形象与精湛的演出，Deborah Harry中文翻译过来应该是狄波拉·哈利，也有人常叫她Debbie Harry，其实Debbie只是Deborah的简写。Blondie乐队早期的风格是Punk，后来逐渐发展成为New Wave风格的代表。乐队于1982年10月解散，时隔16年后，在1999年乐队再次复出。Blondie的音乐呈现出极具旋律感的新浪潮，以及音乐节拍鲜明的朋克风等双重特色，再加上女主唱令人回忆起感女神玛丽莲梦露般娇艳、性感的形象与歌声，成功地把音乐与个人魅力发挥到淋漓尽致，始得他们成为70年末、80年初纽约最具影响力的乐队之一。

只所以推荐这首歌曲其实也只是一个偶然，初听倒这个歌曲只是有点奇怪，奇怪的并不是音乐本身，而是奇怪自己怎会喜欢这种类型的音乐，不知道坐在电脑屏幕一边的你看到这个标题首先想到的是谁？是在超女时代产生的李宇春?还是拉丁王子Ricky Martin？还是别的什么.... 其实这首歌是电影《There's Something About Mary》的插曲，这部再1998年上映的喜剧电影被誉为美国20世界十大经典喜剧片之一，建议应该去看看，至于其中文名翻译的可谓是五花八门，哈啦玛莉、情迷索玛莉、我为玛丽狂......
说到电影又不得不提另一部名叫《美女的烦恼》的韩国喜剧片，这部由金雅中主演的电影讲述了一个比较老套而又永远不被淘汰的故事——丑女变美女... 在这部电影中，主演金雅中不但充当主演的角色，还亲自演唱了电影OST中的四首歌曲，Maria便是其中一首，也是反响最为热烈的一首，说实话，我听过金雅中的演唱也略带惊讶，虽然是翻唱，虽然歌曲本身上与原曲略有改变，但效果上一点不输于原唱，我也在想是不是因为是OST的原因，所以效果上听起来比较好? 很想亲自听听她LIVE的表现，是否有这水平～
